Experience Deep Rest with Yoga Nidra

Let your body rest, your mind unwind, and your whole being recharge. Yoga Nidra, often called "Yogic Sleep" or "Divine Sleep", is a deeply relaxing guided meditation practiced lying down.

This gentle and accessible practice requires no prior experience and is suitable for everyone. Held in a safe and nurturing space, you'll be gently guided into a state of restful awareness - where the body surrenders tension, the mind finds stillness, and deep healing begins.

Yoga Nidra activates the parasympathetic nervous system, soothing the stress response and supporting emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.

With regular practice, it cultivates presence, resilience, and the ability to pause - helping you reconnect with yourself and embrace life more fully.

What to bring:
Please wear light, comfortable clothing
Yoga Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.

Cost: $25
Note: Due to limited numbers this event must pre-paid . Max. 7 attendees to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of everyone.
