I'm Fiona Mardling, your host and guide in this space. I'm a Registered Nurse, Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Instructor, Meditation Teacher and an award winning HCANZA (Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association) Health Coach.

With a deep passion for natural healing, emotional balance, and living in alignment with nature, I created this group to bring together like-minded souls; to share the wisdom I have gained over the years through professional and personal life experience, in practical, fun, light-hearted, yet empowering way to enable others to create a joyful and fulfilling life, that feels aligned and effortless.
