Part of the Lifelong Learning Festival in Limerick
Join us on 20th April for a special collaboration event as part of the Lifelong Learning Festival in Limerick. The Eat Well, Feel Well Workshop explores the powerful connection between nutrition and wellbeing, giving you practical tools to support both your physical and mental health.
What you will learn:
How the food you eat impacts how you feel
An introduction to the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give
How to make a delicious, easy, and healthy snack you can recreate at home
This interactive workshop will be delivered by Olivia Beck and Cillian Keane.

The workshop will take place at Hook & Ladder, 7 Sarsfield Street, Prior's-Land, Limerick on 20th April 10:00 am - 12.00 pm
Places are limited to 25 participants
