Dean Sluyter: Natural meditation live in NJ & online

Dean Sluyter -- co-founder of our sangha and author of Natural Meditation, Fear Less, and The Zen Commandments -- leads our weekly, one-hour sangha gathering in-person at Aikido Schools of NJ, 324 West Westfield Ave., Roselle Park, NJ. He will guide our meditation as well as a discussion and sharing of the experience.
