Our weekly, one-hour sangha gathering is now on Zoom and in-person -- guided meditation along with discussion and sharing of the experience. No experience required ... always free and open to all. Join us in person at Aikido Schools of NJ, 324 West Westfield Ave., Roselle Park, NJ. The Zoom event ID and password can be obtained by writing to Dave Stanton (one of the organizers of this group).
Meditations will be led by Susan Lieberman, Diné Potter, Dave Stanton, or Bob Wachtel. Namaste!
