Healing Qigong in the Park

This is an invitation to join my informal self-healing practice of qigong in the park this week. I'll be doing brief sessions of easy restorative postures. Simple movements focus on rhythmic breathing, very slow - basic qigong. Very powerful, as proper posture supports core strength. It will have an exploratory aspect this week, as I examine the kinesthetics of healing the shoulder from the inside out. Tan tien focus.
Holding space supports my practice. I'll get a local flyer up at the library. If people show up, we'll cocreate a safe public space to practice vitality-promoting simple shared exercise. We build community while strenghtening personal resilience. Spending time offline, outdoors, and around big trees deepens practice.
20 - 25 minute practices this week (longer possible in the future.) Practice is freely shared, without attachment. If you find something I share valuable, I am happy to receive donations toward my rapidly approaching retirement from farm labor!
