Who am I?
Hi, I'm Linda Gutierrez the owner of SerenityFit Wellness and a health, wellness and weight loss coach. As a decades long-dieter I’ve followed all the various programs that left me tracking calories, counting points and following programs that never got me sustainable results. It’s only when I finally learned some fundamental, yet simple concepts and implemented them, was I finally able to lose over 40 lbs.
