With a passion for gentle, mindful wellness, Mariam creates a calming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the soothing beauty of nature.

We’ll start by saying a quick hello to one another, followed by soft, grounding movements to encourage healthy energy flow, activate the lymphatic system, and keep the joints feeling relaxed and supported before our walk.

Bring your water to stay hydrated , sunscreen, or hat if needed .
