RUTA A LA PEÑA DE "CENICIENTOS" // ROUTE TO CENICIENTOS BOULDER

Este Domingo vamos de ruta a lA impresionantes y preciosa Peña de Cenicientos.
Es una ruta preciosa que comienza desde el propio pueblo de Cenicientos (cerca de cadalso de los vidrios). Las vistas desde el pico son espectaculares. De frente nos encontraremos los picos del Mirlo o Casillas, Cabeza de la Parra y Guisando. Un poco más a la izquierda La Escusa, Pto de Navaluenga, Cabezo de Gavilanes y Torozo. Y al Este el Macizo Central de Gredos.
Después de alcanzar la cima, iniciamos el descenso por la misma senda hasta dar con el cruce, donde seguiremos una pista que sale de frente.
Desde aquí tenemos una buena panorámica de la Peña de Cenicientos y unos riscos cercanos donde anidan los buitres.
Seguimos pista y nos desviamos a la izquierda que pasa por la Fuente la Teja y el pequeño Embalse de la Alberca qué al estar abierto, no retiene mucha agua.

Ruta preciosa de nivel medio para realizar todo el año!

Distancia: 13 Km.
Desnivel: 420 m.
Duración de ruta: 5 h.
Duración de transporte desde madrid: 1 h.
Dificultad: medio

Necesario traer:
-Botas de montaña o zapatillas de trekking.
-Ropa de primavera y otoño.
-También 1 litro de agua y algo ligero de comer (zumo, frutos secos, fruta..)

Precio: 10€.

-Guias de montaña.
-Organización de la actividad
-Botiquín de primeros auxilios.

Para que no se quede nadie en tierra y para una buena organización se deberá de hacer el pago de los 10€ dentro de las siguientes 24 horas desde que cualquier senderista confirma su asistencia dentro de la lista de "asistentes". En caso de no realizar el pago se entenderá que no asisten y se les pasará a la lista de no asistentes.

This Sunday we are going on a hike to the impressive and beautiful Peña de Cenicientos.

It's a beautiful route that starts from the town of Cenicientos (near Cadalso de los Vidrios). The views from the peak are spectacular. In front of us, we will see the peaks of Mirlo or Casillas, Cabeza de la Parra, and Guisando. A little to the left are La Escusa, Puerto de Navaluenga, Cabezo de Gavilanes, and Torozo. To the East is the Central Massif of Gredos.

After a short stop to take the obligatory photos, we begin the descent along the same path until we reach the junction, where we will follow a track straight ahead.

From here we have a good panoramic view of Peña de Cenicientos and some nearby cliffs where vultures nest.

We continue on the track and turn left, passing by Fuente la Teja and the small Alberca Reservoir which, being open, does not hold much water.
A beautiful medium-level route that can be done all year round!
