Come move with us at Berkeley Marina’s Shorebird Park for a grounded, energizing outdoor workout rooted in natural movement and playful exploration.
This week’s session is built around plyometrics and flow at our beloved Infinity Tree - a dynamic structure full of branches, levels, and obstacles that challenge your body in all the right ways.
Workout structure:

Gentle Guided Warmup - We’ll start slow, waking up joints and muscles to prepare your body for dynamic movement.

Plyometrics + Flow at the Infinity Tree – Train bounce, elasticity, and precision with plyometric drills, then shift into fluid strength and control with flow work using the tree’s natural features.

Optional Aerobic Finish – Cap off your session with sprints, a circuit, or breath-driven movement to elevate your heart rate and deepen your stamina.
Throughout the session, there’s space for learning, sharing, and connecting - whether you’re new to movement or deep in your practice.
All levels welcome. No equipment needed. Just bring water, curiosity, and maybe go barefoot if you’re feeling it.
