Nature and Poetry Meet Up Group

5.1 mile trail near Woodland Hills - join me and the small group of poets that crave silence and nature, in which we open our minds and hearts to reflections and contemplations of David Whyte's words from "Consolations I and II".
This meet up group is organized with intention to create the space in which we waive the inspiration artfully, openly and freely, in silence in which the group is together holding space for each other.
The hike is light to moderate, in open nature, and a loop that takes us 2.5-3hrs to complete. Bring enough water, hiking shoes, sun block, blanket, sun hat, and hiking gear according to your needs.
We will make stops to reflect with poetry, and have an hour lunch to settle into our bodies with meal (sharing is welcomed, bring your own meal), while we dive into short poetic lecture and group reflections.
