Wild Sauna with Brunch

We are going to meet at Praia da Arriba, Guincho, for a unique experience. A guided sauna with essential oils, breathwork and a dip in the ocean (for the brave ones) between rounds.
After the amazing experience of reconnection with nature and ourselves, we're gonna have a brunch (picnic style), at a cozy yoga studio nearby, where we will have the opportunity to meet and connect with other incredible women, talking and sharing experiences, in a safe environment. The theme for our conversation will be the only constant in life: change.
