Let It All Out (Virtual Workshop)

These times can bring with them a range of emotions or even a block to emotions. Changes in patterns, loss of control, and lack of movement are some things many of us are experiencing right now - among a whole spectrum of other things that may be showing up!
Regardless of where you're at during these times we're living through, tending to our emotions and providing ourselves with a space to process and release is key to maintaining a healthy state of being.
Come join us for a virtual workshop, co-led with fellow-coach Bharti Rupani, and allow yourself to let it all out in community with others! Come just as you are, with whatever feelings you're bringing. All parts of ourselves are welcomed and accepted here.
Be prepared to experiment, play, and try new methods of letting it all out!
What to bring:
- Journal
- Pen
- Snack
- Water
- Pillow
- Something you can break!
In order to create vibrancy in the group, we ask all participants to have their video on.
This is a donation-based event and all money raised will go towards helping people in our communities through Mutual Aid groups. Whatever you can give, whether it's 1 dollar or 100 dollars, is welcome! If you are facing hard times (as so many of us are) message me directly and I'll add you to the invite.
