⛰️ Avui és el gran dia!
Divendres 26 de juny… pugem al Puigmal 💪☀️

Et ve de gust pujar un dels cims més emblemàtics i panoràmics de Catalunya? 😍
Aquest cop anirem al majestuós Puigmal (2.910 m), sostre de la Vall de Núria i una de les ascensions més espectaculars —i assequibles tècnicament— del Pirineu.
Sortirem des del Coll de Fontalba, a més de 2.000 m d’altitud, i seguirem la preciosa carena sud fins al cim. Durant tota la ruta tindrem vistes immenses sobre Núria, la Cerdanya i bona part del Pirineu oriental 🌄

🔗 DETALLS DE LA RUTA
● 🥾 La ruta no té passos tècnics ni grimpades, però sí un desnivell considerable i una bona exigència física. Ideal per senderistes acostumats a caminar a la muntanya i amb ganes de fer un gran cim 💪
● 📏 Distància: ~11 km
● ⛰️ Desnivell positiu: ~900 m
● ⏱️ Temps estimat (amb parades): 5,5–6,5 h
● 💪 Dificultat física: alta
● 🥾 Dificultat tècnica: baixa (sense tarteres ni passos complicats)

🥪 QUÈ CAL PORTAR?
● 🥾 Calçat de muntanya amb bona sola
● 🎒 Motxilla còmoda per passar el dia
● 💧 Aigua suficient (mínim 1,5 L recomanat)
● 🍎 Dinar tipus pícnic + snacks
● 🧥 Roba adequada a la muntanya i l’època de l’any per capes
● 🌬️ Tallavent o jaqueta impermeable lleugera
● 🧢☀️ Gorra, ulleres de sol i protecció solar
● 🦯 Bastons de trekking (recomanables)
⚠️ Tot i ser una ruta tècnicament assequible, el Puigmal és alta muntanya: el temps pot canviar ràpidament i al cim sovint fa vent i fresca fins i tot a l’estiu.

⛰️ The big day is here!
This Friday, June 26th… we’re climbing Puigmal - one of the most iconic peaks of the Pyrenees☀️

Would you like to climb one of the most panoramic and legendary summits in Catalonia? 😍
This time we’ll head to the majestic Puigmal (2,910 m), the highest peak surrounding the Vall de Núria and one of the most spectacular —yet technically accessible— ascents in the Pyrenees.
We’ll start from Coll de Fontalba, already above 2,000 m, and follow the beautiful southern ridge all the way to the summit. Throughout the hike we’ll enjoy huge views over Núria, Cerdanya and much of the Eastern Pyrenees 🌄

🔗 ROUTE DETAILS
● 🥾 No technical sections or scrambling, but the route does involve a significant elevation gain and a good physical challenge. Ideal for hikers used to mountain walking and excited to reach a big summit 💪
● 📏 Distance: ~11 km
● ⛰️ Elevation gain: ~900 m
● ⏱️ Estimated duration (including breaks): 5.5–6.5 h
● 💪 Physical difficulty: high
● 🥾 Technical difficulty: low (no scree slopes, scrambling or exposed sections)
🥪 WHAT TO BRING
● 🥾 Hiking shoes/boots with good grip
● 🎒 Comfortable backpack for the day
● 💧 Enough water (minimum 1.5 L recommended)
● 🍎 Picnic lunch + snacks
● 🧥 Appropriate mountain clothing for the season (layers are recommended)
● 🌬️ Windproof or lightweight waterproof jacket
● 🧢☀️ Cap, sunglasses and sun protection
● 🦯 Trekking poles (recommended)
⚠️ Even though the route is technically straightforward, Puigmal is still high mountain terrain: weather can change quickly and it is often windy and chilly at the summit, even in summer.

30 € hike + 20 € shared car contribution (paid directly to the driver)

Refund available (minus 5 € management fee) or transfer to another hike within the next 6 months.
