Join us for an interpretative walk at the Nature Conservancy's Santa Clara river preserve with naturalist Amy Davis. This dynamic environment hosts a variety of flora and fauna including endangered species like Steelhead trout, Bell's Vireo and the Least flycatcher. Discover a variety of native plants and wildflowers and learn about the art of animal tracking and observation. See the ever changing environment of the Santa Clara river watershed.
The walk is roughly 1 1/2 miles, easy to moderate. Please wear durable shoes, layers and bring water. Binoculars are always helpful.
**NOTE: This walk starts an 1/2 hour earlier than normal.
