Adult Recess has been bringing people together through the power of playful outdoor movement for nearly three years. Over that time, one thing has become clear: play brings out our most authentic selves.

When we play, our guards soften. We become more relaxed, more receptive, more ourselves. That playful state creates the perfect conditions for something deeper- real connection!

In this new series of Adult Recess offerings, we’re intentionally leaning into that magic.

Expect a fun, facilitated experience centered around playful connection. There will be games, laughter, movement, and silliness—but there will also be space for meaningful conversation, reflection, and moments of being truly seen.

This is an event where lighthearted joy meets authentic connection.
Where you can laugh hard and go deep.
Where you can show up exactly as you are.
