Adult Recess is your weekly opportunity to get outside, move your body, make new friends, and be a kid again!

Every Saturday we meet to play movement-oriented games in the park.
Think P.E. classics with a twist! 🏃‍♀️‍➡️

Bad memories from childhood P.E. class?
Let's recreate those and turn them into POSITIVE experiences!

Athleticism: not required ❌
A good attitude and an open mind: MANDATORY ✅

What to expect:
- Brief introductions and warm-up games to loosen up.
- Movement-oriented, childhood-inspired games with unique twists!
- A facilitated event structure. No dull time wondering what to do with yourself!
- A lot of "regulars" with new people joining us each week.
- Social time post-recess for making connections.
- We play for FUN not for SPORT!
- A vibrant community of silly weirdos from diverse backgrounds.
- After your first event, get added to our community Whatsapp chat to stay connected with the crew. We regularly schedule game nights, casual hangouts, paddleboarding, dancing, men's group, women's group, and much more throughout the week!
-Free snacks will be provided post-play, but please bring your own water! (There is a water fountain nearby)

RSVPs on Meetup do not reflect attendance. Our group size is usually 15-25 people.

And also please arrive ON TIME! If you are later than 10 minutes, you will not be able to join us. There are no refunds for late arrivals/no-shows.
