It's time to unlock your inner nature goblin.

We live in a world full of chronic pain and sickness, and I'm a testament to what healing can look like when you slow down and reconnect with yourself through nature—from a place of curiosity and playfulness.

As we get older, it's easy to lose our childlike sense of play. Things become rigid. We put ourselves in boxes without even realizing it. This is the time to break free, have fun, and really take our time reconnecting with the core of who we are.

If you've ever heard the term "polymath," you know it describes someone with a wide range of knowledge and learning. I'm someone who loves to ask questions, who loves to learn from the environment around me and connect those discoveries through a web of beautiful chaos.

I'm a Reiki Master, Tarot Reader, Writer, Chanter, Sound Healer, and Dancer—along with a myriad of other things. For the past year, I've been conducting a monthly Full Moon Writing Meditation that I created through my own healing journey, and I've taken people on hikes where we forest bathe, meditate, and reconnect with nature.

Everything I do may seem different, with plenty of overlap, but the root is always NATURE. I love to play. What I know is that I love to go out and listen, feel, observe, and get curious about the world around me.

I love to sing with the birds, dance, hug trees, and lay on the ground like a leaf that has fallen from a tree. I'm here to bring us back to nature where we can be weird, have fun, and really enjoy being a kid again.

Let's get out of our heads and back into our bodies.
