Nature Immersion

Welcome to the first Nature Immersion on Meetup! During this immersion I will be inviting you to explore the forest with your senses and inviting you to be aware of your connection to all the nature around you. Periodically you will have a chance to share what you are noticing with the group. With a bit of guidance this experience is about listening to what the natural world wants to share with you.

This first immersion will be on August 15th at the Big Tesuque campground at 3 PM. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waver. This event lasts between 2 ½ to 3 hours, depending on how many people attend. Here are some things you will need for this event: plenty of water, supportive shoes, layers to be prepared for differing weather (including rain), a light portable stool or chair (one that you can carry with you), and you may want to bring a snack. At the end of the immersion I will provide a snack and wild-harvested tea. This first event is free, though I joyously accept donations. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
