Secrets in the Tidepools - Pillar Point
Details
Join me and an enthusiastic nature journaling crew for a day of tidepooling, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. near Half Moon Bay.
This full day will allow you spaciousness and ample opportunity to slow down, notice, and exhale.
Bring a bagged lunch, and a shared item for potluck if you like. We will eat and debrief after low tide has subsided. This is beginner-friendly and intergenerational event.
The Plan:
- We will start the day with an overview of ocean safety.
- Mindfulness circle to transition to this space
- Introductions and intentions
- Tips on what you might see and what to look for
Low tide is estimated around 11:27. Lunch may be planned for later than usual, but feel free to eat as needed.
Accessibility accommodations: Please message Clara (the organizer) if you need accommodations and/or guidance as to where to record in your nature journal.
Come as you are — no experience needed, just a sense of wonder. We can’t wait to explore with you!
