Nature Journaling and Art Outdoors Club

Join us for our Nature Art Club! Held in Carson Nature Center outside of visiting hours!
Nature Art Club is held on the 1st Monday of every month from May through October and is open to anyone ages 8 years and older. Children ages 18 and younger need to be accompanied by an adult.
Each month will feature a different subject with fun exercises included! Feel free to bring your own project to work on as well!
Items will be provided to complete the fun exercises as well as paper and pencils.
This initial program is free, but subsequent programs will charge $10 per person to cover the cost of materials.

The focus for May:
In this unique session, we’ll focus on drawing birds, allowing you to delve into the fascinating world of avian anatomy. You’ll leave with a solid understanding of bird structures and techniques for sketching quickly in the field. This intimate setting provides the perfect opportunity to enhance your artistic skills and deepen your appreciation for nature. Don't miss this chance to learn and create in a serene environment!
