Join Our Nature Journaling Meetup!

Are you ready to slow down, look closely, and spark your sense of wonder? Then come join our nature journaling meetup! Nature journaling is a personal way to connect with the natural world that blends curiosity, creativity, and mindfulness.

As a certified Nature Journaling Educator with the Wild Wonder Foundation, I’ll guide you through techniques in writing, sketching, and observation so you can discover a style that feels right for you.

All sessions are outdoors (yes, even in winter!) with the exception of June - August. We’ll wander with our supplies in hand, pausing to notice whatever surprises nature offers that day. Whether you’re brand new or have been journaling for years, this meetup is a welcoming, relaxed space to practice, learn, and connect with fellow nature lovers.

Meetup dues are $10, helping support guided instruction, materials planning, and organizing a growing community of nature journalers.

Please follow these guidelines when joining:
-Be polite, respectful, and empathetic. ALL are welcome.
-Request to join the group on Meetup with a profile that includes your first and last name and a face-forward, individual profile image. This allows members to get to know one another and recognize each other at the meetup. If you don’t want your full last name, please use your first name and last name’s initial.
-Photo Release: When you attend the Nature Journaling: Reflections from the Field meetup, you consent to being photographed or video recorded where images may be used in social media, websites, this meetup platform, or newsletters. If you don’t want to appear in photos or videos, please let the organizer know.
-Out of fairness to those on a waitlist, please do NOT sign up for an event unless you are sure you will be attending.
-This is not a “singles”, “hookup”, or “dating” meetup. If you have an unpleasant interaction with a member, contact me. If I receive more than one complaint about a member, that member may promptly be removed as a member at my discretion.
