What we’re about

We meet at a trail or a park and practice being present while walking/hiking . Most hikes are easy and not more than 2 hours. There will be guidance about how to do this powerful walking meditation. Hoping to meet those who value being present and being connected to nature.

Why do we keep silent while walking?
When we are in nature, there is a unique opportunity to receive the life-giving energy of existence and to become intoxicated by the love that flows within every particle. To receive this energy, we need to be consciously open and receptive to it. For this reason, we intentionally choose to be silent. Outer silence creates the space for inner silence, and inner silence — which only comes with practice and repetition — connects us to the boundless ocean of love.

The sea seeks you — seek not the stream.”
