Nature Photographers of Western Colorado

The Grand Junction area has an amazing variety of flora, fauna and landscapes. This Meet-up gives photographers a loose-knit and supportive group to plan and execute shoots on a regular basis. We might find ourselves spending 2 hours wandering the back alleys of Downtown Grand Junction, or an afternoon slow-walking a specific trail up on the Colorado Monument. At each "Safari" outing (look for the Meet-up placard) we will gather, vote on a location-subject for our next adventure and then wander off on the designated Safari. A majority vote will determine each new venue. The group is not required to stay together, may break up into small groups, and does not need to check in when finished. (If you end up road-kill make sure and get a shot of it.) "Hunters" can post their favorite 3 pictures from each venue on the Meet-up site.
