Poly Canyon
Details
Poly Canyon is a beautiful trail, and not too steep, 20-30 minute walk to get to the architectural graveyard, an Iconic landmark of Cal Poly that goes back to 1964. You can read more about its history here [https://polycanyon.calpoly.edu/history]
Thank you to the Cal Poly Wildlife Club for making this hike possible. I've never been there, and I'm sure we're all looking forward to walking the trail, especially after the rains we're having, and looking for wildlife and nature to photograph.
I expect we'll find birds, plants and possibly bugs, so bring a long lens and your favorite close-up or macro lens.
We'll be meeting at the parking lot on campus between N. Perimeter Rd, Village Dr. and Truckee Rd. Please use this link for the correct parking lot with free parking. Be mindful that other parking is paid. 883R+745 California Polytechnic State University, California
