Morro Bay Estuary

Let's get together in the beautiful Morro Bay Estuary and photograph nature with friends!
Come prepared to photograph landscapes, seascapes, and birds! For birds, I recommend the longest lens you have, and a monopod or tripod in case you park yourself waiting for action. Sunrise should be at 6:03 am, so feel free to get there early to take advantage of first light and bird activity. It should be nice weather, but as is typical of our coastal weather, come prepared with layers. Comfortable shoes, water and a hat are also recommended.
We'll be meeting in the parking lot of the State Park marina, at the Marina Peninsula Trail Head (opposite end of the restaurant) at 7:00 am for a brief review and introductions. I'll be available to help new photographers or anyone with questions. I can be reached at 8056105527.
