Klingavälsån and Veberöds ljung One way

Expect about 12-14 km. End time is approximate, I'd like for us to take the time we want. There is no need to rush.

Please change your rsvp asap when your plans change. We do not want to wait for someone who isn't showing up. Also, changing your rsvp leaves room for ppl on the waiting list to attend. Please, be a good hiker-buddy.

First we follow Skåneleden along Krankesjön, then divert to the east to reach the reserve Klingavälsån. The plan is to follow the stream on the west side down to a bird watching tower. It's optional to climb up to look at the view. From there we will walk through Veberöds ljung. For your journey back you can catch a bus from either bus stop Humlamaden or bus stop Veberöd Öster.

We will find a suitable spot for a lunch break.

How to get there:
🚲 Meeting point is accessible by bike
🚆/🚍 Bus 168 from Lund arrives at bus stop Silvåkravägen at 13.34.
🚗 Since this is a one way hike, getting back to your car is tricky if you join for the whole stretch. However. There is a parking area in the north end of Klingavälsån (gps-coordinates N 55.676794, E 13.508596). Park your car there and join us for as long as you like, and then walk back to the parking. Please inform us in the comment section if you would like to join us in this way.
