Gentle Flow Yoga and Mindful Breath with Brian

Join Brian on Tuesdays from 4-5pm at Asheville Community Yoga in Woodfun for a Gentle Flow Yoga class with Mindful Breath and Meditation. This is a beginner-level yoga class where we will focus on intentional movement and connected breath, with space for props and modifications if needed.

All levels welcome, we will start with a gentle flow, followed by mindful meditation and breath, and healing sounds from world instruments.

Asheville Community Yoga is a non-profit and all teachers are volunteers. Suggested donation to the space is $5-$20. Please sign up for class on the MindBody app.

Gentle Flow: These classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced students. Gentle Flow will offer some flow, including some movements up and down off of the mat. Postures may include, but are not limited to, sitting, hands & knees, standing poses, balancing poses, etc. Expect lots of modifications and cues to help you have the safest practice possible.

Suitable for Beginners: Anything with “Gentle” in the title. Students of all levels will find these classes accessible. If you are trying yoga for the very first time or consider yourself fairly new to yoga, these classes will provide an easy pace and detailed instruction for learning and exploring the basics. Although more challenging poses and sequences may be offered at times, modifications will be given to make the practice accessible to everyone.

Flujo suave: Estas clases son adecuadas tanto para principiantes como para estudiantes con experiencia. En comparación con las clases de yoga suave, las de flujo suave ofrecen más fluidez, más movimientos hacia arriba y abajo fuera de la colchoneta.
