Birding at Piper Spit

Join trip leaders Michelle Baudais and Harvey Dueck for a morning of birding at Burnaby Lake. We’ll meet at 8:30 AM at Piper Spit to enjoy the birds there, then wander the paths toward the Brunette River for as long as seems fun.

Please do not show up without an RSVP. We limit the trip size to try to ensure a good experience for participants and other park users. There is limited space on the boardwalk.

NOTE: there may still be construction on Winston Street near the park entrance, so allow a bit of extra time to get there.
