Ellevated hike - West Spruce Mtn

10.2 miles, 1624 ft gain
I never realized there was a West Spruce Mtn, but there is! I haven't gone the full distance of this path, but I want to check it out. Maybe we'll have a great view, maybe we'll just reach the stopping point & turn around. Either way, we'll get in some fast miles!

This is a very fast hike, with an average of 3-3.3 mph. The first half is mostly uphill, and since it is out & back, the second half is mostly downhill. Please make sure that this pace and duration is the type of hike that you enjoy. I will private message anyone that I haven't hiked with, to make sure they like what they are signing up for. I like to call these hikes elevated, instead of challenging or strenuous.
