Kayaking the Verde River - White Bridge to Beasley Flats

This is a 5 hour 10.2 mile paddle from White Bridge to Beasley Flats. This is for experienced paddlers, who have their own kayak, and a way to transport it.

Once we meet at White Bridge, we'll run a shuttle down to Beasley Flats, and leave most of the cars there. Entering "Beasley Flat RAP" into Google Maps gets you there. It is a 24 minute drive.

The river flow rate is very, very high right now. We expect it to go down in the next few weeks. If it goes down too far, we will change the meeting location to Clear Creek, and make this a shorter paddle. Please check Meetup the day before for any last minute changes.

In addition to your kayak, paddle & life jacket, you may want sunscreen, sun hat, snacks, lunch, and water, in a dry bag.

You are responsible for your safety. I have no special training and I'm not acting as a guide. I am simply coordinating people meeting up and kayaking down the river together.
