Cedar Key Scrub State Reserve
Details
Let’s try a hike in Cedar Key Scrub State Reserve. Bear with me because I have not been to this park before. It looks like it could be rugged and sandy – so wear closed toe shoes/boots. We will walk the eastern trail which is about 4 miles. I believe the western part is still closed from the hurricane damage. I have attached a trail map (eastern is the right side trail).
Bring bug spray, sunscreen and water.
Meetup mapping is totally messed up.
We will meet at the main trailhead located on State Road 24.

This will be resceduled if rain is forecasted.
Try not to be late. We will leave at 10am for the walk.
After our walk, we will go into Cedar Key for lunch.
