RAVINE GARDENS STATE PARK

This is a unique state park. You never can predict the peak of the azaleas blooming season but we should be able to see some flowers blooming when we go (fingers crossed). Usually I try to avoid the festivals but FYI, we will be there for the "Every Blooming Thing Festival" which begins at 10am. If you want to read more about the park, here is the link:

We will meet at the front of the Civic Center (I placed a red star on the map which you can find in the photo section here).
Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
The state charges $5 per car for entrance (use your state passes if you bought one).
If anyone is interested, we can stop at one of the restaurants along the river for lunch after our walk.
