Cosmic Cycles & Well-Being: The Full Moon

Details
- Are you interested in exploring ways we can promote well-being by aligning ourselves with natural rhythms? You're cordially invited to join us on February 24 at the beautiful Riparian Preserve in Gilbert as we celebrate the full moon and connect with nature. Our celebration will center on energies associated with the full moon: Gratitude (completion); Release; and Renewal (intention-setting). As we begin our journey through 2024, we have this wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and our deepest selves. By doing so, we can set ourselves up for a year which, rather than running away from us, can be mindfully, intentionally, and healthfully navigated with purpose.
- Here are some special moments you can expect during our time together:
- Participants will be guided through a sensory awareness meditation in order to connect more deeply with our own rhythms and that of the cosmos.
- We will move gently about the grounds of The Riparian as we engage in reflective nature connection and explore the rhythms and cycles in nature.
- We will close our time together enjoying some warm and healthful Golden Moon Milk as we take in the full moon, release what no longer serves us and prepare ourselves to set positive new intentions.
Each participant will have the opportunity to make their own Golden Moon Milk mixture to take home and enjoy any time.
Please Note: Moon Milk Contains:
- Warming spices
- Adaptogens to help manage stress (Ashwaganda)
- Non-dairy oat milk
- Coconut Oil
- Raw honey
**There are no nuts or dairy in the Moon Milk served at the event
This special opportunity is brought to you by Peggy Henning in partnership with Nature Wellness Experiences and Gilbert Parks and Recreation. Please enroll through Gilbert Parks and Recreation when signing up for this event.
The event fee of $50.00 includes three hours of mindfully-crafted nature connection activities along with all the supplies needed to make-and-take your own healthful Golden Moon Milk mixture to enjoy any time.
In order to gain the most from our time together, please be prepared with the following:
- A towel or blanket for sitting/lying down on
- A water bottle
- A flashlight or headlamp
- Layered clothing to help with temperature transitions
- A backpack to carry your towel/blanket, water bottle, etc.
- A phone for taking photos
I am looking forward to sharing a beautiful evening with you as we immerse ourselves in the beauties and wonders of nature and support our own well-being. Many thanks for your interest in this wellness event!
