What we’re about

Welcome to Nature and Wellness Group,

We offer Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku), Forest Therapy, Quiet Nature Walks, and Mindfulness Meditation.

The aim of this group is to:

- Cultivate a deeper connection with Nature

- Support stress reduction through immersive nature experiences

- Promote both mental and physical well-being

- Encourage inner calm through mindfulness practices

Forests are quietly powerful _mysterious, grounding, and deeply restorative.
A walk among the trees is more than just exercise; it is therapy.
“Nature offers the most accessible and effective healing _freely given, yet too often ignored in modern life.

Professor Dr. Qing Li (MD, PhD), the world’s foremost expert in forest medicine and the leading researcher in Shinrin Yoku, shares:
“The forest is like my mother — a sacred place, a gift to me from the divine.
It is a paradise of healing.
To study the benefits of forest bathing is my life’s work.”
And the following is Dr Qing Li's evidence based research in Shinrin Yoku,
