What weโre about
Welcome to Nature and Wellness Group.
We offer free Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku), Forest Therapy, Quiet Nature Walks, and Mindfulness Meditation.
The aim of this group is to
- ๐ฟ Cultivate a deeper connection with Nature
- ๐ฟ Support stress reduction through immersive nature experiences
- ๐ฟ Promote both mental and physical well-being
- ๐ฟ Encourage inner calm through mindfulness practices
Forests are quietly mysterious, grounding, and deeply restorative.
A walk among the trees is more than just exercise , it is therapy.
โNature offers the most accessible and effective healing freely, yet too often ignored in modern life.โ
- Professor Dr. Qing Li (MD, PhD)
The worldโs foremost expert in forest medicine and the leading researcher in Shinrin Yoku, shares:
๐ โThe forest is like my mother โ a sacred place, a gift to me from the divine.
It is a paradise of healing.
To study the benefits of forest bathing is my lifeโs work.โ ๐
