Forest Immersion or Shinrin-yoku is simple practice of being with the forest. Just slowing down, breathing in the trees, and letting nature recalibrate your nervous system.
The forest does not ask anything of you.
It simply receives you.
And in that receiving, you remember how to rest.
This is not escape β€” πŸƒit is Return to your natural resting state. πŸƒ
A return to your body, your breath, and the quiet language of the Earth.
Because truly…

And there will be a guided meditation and sensory attunment activities.

What to bring: pack lunch, sufficient water, picnic mat, cash for groupsave train ticket and a backpack. Please wear waterproof hiking shoes and dress appropriately to current weather update.

    This is a non-judgmental and emotionally safe space. Please respect personal boundaries, avoid giving unsolicited advice, and offer presence with kindness and sensitivity. Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable.

    Please refrain from loud conversations, disruptive behaviour, or the use of intoxicants during events. Smoking or vaping is not permitted. This helps maintain a peaceful and considerate atmosphere for all.

This group is for those who value respect, commitment, and shared intention. Members who repeatedly disregard these rules, disrupt the experience for others, or show a lack of care for the space will be gently but firmly removed.
