Forest Therapy ( Sat ) ~ Resting into the Forest ๐ณ

Details
In our fast and restless world, we often forget how essential rest is for body, mind, and soul. Rest is not laziness; it is the ground of renewal. Just as the forest pauses in stillness, trees standing quietly, soil breathing slowly, we too are invited to soften, to let go, and to be held. Forest Therapy offers us this gift: a place where we do not have to strive or achieve, but simply rest into the presence of trees, the rhythm of breath, and the quiet embrace of the earth. In resting, we return to balance, peace, and harmony.

According to Dr. Qing Li, a leading researcher in forest medicine, forest bathing supports both physical and mental wellbeing by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress hormones, and enhancing immune function, particularly through exposure to phytoncides, the natural aromatic compounds released by trees.
โThis is not exercise, or a workout. It is simply being in nature, connecting through our senses โ sight, smell, touch, and sound,โ writes Dr. Li.
๐ Procedures : The session will include an Opening and Closing Circle, a Guided Grounding Meditation, and a Sensory Attunement Activity to support presence, connection, and embodied engagement throughout the experience.
๐ Reminder: please refrain from constant chatting, loud voices, and mobile phone use during the event. Letโs offer space for presence, stillness, and quiet reflection.
๐ Recommendation : Itโs best to avoid eating heavily before the session.
Drink plenty of water afterwards to support for integration.
