Need a jumpstart? You’re invited to my next FREE Walking & Fitness Group at the Fitness Court in Malden! 💥

Together, we will get our hearts pumping with full-body exercises, combat sarcopenia (muscle loss associated with aging), and enjoy a 2-mile power walk—all while having fun and building a supportive community along the way!

This inclusive group is for individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Our next class is on Sunday, December 22nd at 11 AM. Rain, sun, or snow, we’ll be there!
