5KM TUESDAY NIGHT RUN (WESTERN SPRINGS LAKE)

WELCOME EVERYONE
Join us for a 5km run around Western Springs Lake on Tuesday night. Same course as parkrun. 3 laps clockwise. Bring a headlight or a mobile phone light. Go at your own pace.

TUESDAY 1ST JULY
6:15pm - Park at the Auckland Zoo carpark (free after 5pm).
Meet outside the Fukuoka Garden (about 100 metres from children's playground).
6:30pm - sharp, start running!

THE COURSE
is the same as the Western Springs Parkrun.

We start outside the Fukuoka Garden.
We will run clockwise around the Western Springs Lake, except for a couple of left turns.
The course is on pavement and is mostly flat.
There is a public toilet near the start.

You are welcome to offer a lift or ask for a lift in the comments section.
Passengers please give driver some money for transport.
