Before I delve into information on this month's topic, I want to express my apologies for the long gap since the last event. I had to take a hiatus from many things, including this. My father and stepmother both were placed in hospice at the same time, and my focus had to shift only to making their last days comfortable. Sadly, my father passed away a few weeks ago, and my stepmom is not far behind, but I do have some breathing room now, and I'm trying to find my way back to many of my routines. I also wish to extend my sincere gratitude to those who knew the situation and kept reaching out with care and support. I can't tell you how comforting that has been. I'm so blessed to have this wonderful Navi-Dating community! Thank you!
Now on to business....
Thinking about going on a first date can run the gamut from exciting to stress inducing to full-blown anxiety. We often set the tone for that date before we even go on it without realizing we're doing that.
So, how do you take the necessary steps to make it the best experience you can make it? That's what we'll be discussing.
We'll cover everything from your personal thoughts and expectations ahead of time, what makes for a great time when you're actually on the date and even what to do when the date is going badly because of nothing you're doing.
Lots of ground to cover on this one, folks! Hope you can join us!
