Join us each month for a deep dive book club and discussion circle where we dive into the specific reflections and spiritual practices found in Kerri Connor's 420 Meditations - Enhance Your Spiritual Practice With Cannabis book. I'll be summarizing the author's insights for the current month and leading us through a meditation from the text to help us connect wit the month's energy.

Reflections: We'll explore specific prompts the author provides for the current month. I will summarize her insights on how these reflections help shift your perspective and deepen your spiritual work.

Meditation: I will lead a meditation based on the author's teachings for the current month. Whether we focus on a specific entry or I weave together insights from her various meditations, this is our time to ground ourselves in the monthly themes through the meditations found in the book.

Author Insights & Techniques: We'll discuss the various tips the author suggests for enhancing your spiritual practices (integrating all of your senses, energy of stones, essential oils, chakras, aligning with the moon phases, etc.).

Zero Prep: You don't have to review anything ahead of time. I will summarize the key takeaways and reflections for you. However, you are always welcome to read along with me as we move through the text.

Special Dates for Next Month: Before we wrap up, I'll give you a heads up on any special days or specific timing she mentions for the next month.
