Many of us struggle with setting up boundaries because they feel harsh, dramatic, demanding, scary and drastic. But most boundaries aren't "Do (or don't do) this, or you're cut out of my life."

Sometimes those are necessary, but there are so many ways to use boundaries that help you not get to that point! They are a healthy part of all relationships, not just toxic relationships, and learning more about them can make life so much more comfortable and connected.

I've put together a presentation that will give a primer to healthy boundaries, hopefully bust some myths and actually explain HOW to create a boundary, not just tell you why you should.

We will also have 30 minutes after the presentation where you can ask a professional coach any questions you have about ADHD or boundaries.
