No, I'm not selling beautiful planners that you're going to fully intend to use and then find in your stack three years later. We are going to talk about what a plan can get you, and some things to try if you want to. It can be really hard to start and stick to a new habit like this, so we will also talk about some strategies that can help build planning into your day more consistently.
And no, this isn't just for office work! Any time you want to accomplish something, it is helpful having a plan. I'll share my best ADHD strategies for building skills in daily planning without too much (or too little) rigidity.
This "Adulting with ADHD" series is designed to catch us up on some skills and strategies we might have missed growing up with ADHD. This talk will include some ADHD specific approaches to planning and everyone who attends will have the opportunity to download my own daily planner template they can customize and print for themselves!
