*This meeting will be recorded as it is a make-up session for Wednesday night. There may or may not be a Q&A at the end, depending on how I'm feeling and how my voice holds out.

There has been a very important shift in the understanding of ADHD recently and experts are finally acknowledging how big of a role emotional regulation plays for those of us with ADHD. There is a specific type of ER that has also gotten a lot of press lately, and that is Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. A large portion of people who have ADHD also experience Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria.
This talk will explain what RSD is, what some of the fall out is for those of us who have it and what you can do to work on improving the symptoms.

RSD is not a formal diagnosis, but it does describe a suite of shared experiences, and it is brain based and worth normalizing and destigmatizing.

My hope is that everyone will walk away with a better understanding of their own emotional dysregulation around rejection and a sense of belonging and understanding from the community.
