You know how people say how funny it is when dogs look like their owner? Sometimes it seems like my house looks like my mind, messy and chaotic. And you know what, sometimes my mind looks like my house. When I have a cleared-up space my mind is also more clear.

Tonight we will be looking at the ADHD relationship with stuff. There's no right answer to how much stuff to have or how to organize it, but there is definitely value to looking at the systems and feelings we have around managing our things and the role ADHD plays in the way our space works.

There's no guilt and no shame here, just exploration and shared experiences plus a few resources thrown in if this is something you decide you're struggling with and want to work on.

My hope is that everyone will walk away with sense of belonging and understanding from the community and maybe a better understanding of themselves.

These events are free, but if you want to help me cover the costs of hosting through Meetup, or want to show gratitude for the work I do to support Adults with ADHD: https://addjustcourse.com/meetup/
