When everything feels important, how do you decide what to do right now? Do you ever get started on one thing you've decided is a priority, just to have your brain question you and send you in another direction instead? Are you really good at prioritizing a list of tasks for other people, but it doesn't feel clear at all when you try to do it for yourself?

You are not alone! Prioritization is a very complex executive function and there is so much at play! We will talk about why it is so hard for us and ways of getting around prioritization traps (like when you have an ADHD brain that wants to do things in "the right" order, or every time you start something your brain tells you to do something more important or urgent).

Each week starts with an hour talk on topic and is followed with 30 minutes of community chat/coaching under glass where you can ask a professional coach any questions you have about ADHD.
