Thanksgiving, and holidays, can be especially tough when we have lost someone we care about. This VIRTUAL workshop will provide opportunity to process some of the emotions and challenges you are experiencing this Thanksgiving, to be with others also grieving, and learn some strategies for coping.

A group process for processing and further healing will be offered. You may be invited to try/experiment with writing or simple art-making (no artistic ability needed!!) as a way of processing and expressing. Facilitators will guide this in a way that feels interesting and inviting. You will not be forced or pressured to anything you don't want to do.

Please come prepared with a few pieces of paper, writing instruments, and some coloured pencils or markers.

**NOTE: This workshop is for those who have experienced the loss of another person due to death.** (Other losses will need to be processed in a different group process and space.)

To honour and respect all group members, and ensure a sense of safety, all participants, as part of the registration process, will be asked to agree to initial group guidelines. We will have some further discussion on these to clarify meanings or caveats you wish to add.

**Suggested Fee:** $20.00 - $40.00 ($20 + GST is charged at registration, extra can be paid by adding 'tip' at checkout.)

**REFUND POLICY**

• There is a $5 admin fee deducted on all cancellations.

• If you are unable to attend and need to reschedule, your registration can be applied to the NEXT (or another future) workshop at no additional cost if you notify us at least one week in advance. Less than one week will incur the cancellation fee.

• Cancellations more than one week in advance will receive refund minus admin fee. Cancellations less than one week in advance will not be refunded. If event has reached minimum participation #'s, your payment can be applied to the next event.

• A minimum number of participants is needed for this workshop to be held. If we do not reach that minimum, you will be notified and can choose to either apply your registration to the next or a future workshop, or, if you are unable to attend those, to have your money refunded.

• In case of organizer cancellation of event, full refunds will be given.
