Take a Break Tuesday is a winter wellness series to assist in moving through the holidays and winter weather. These sessions will take place every Tuesday through the months of November to January in various locations with different practitioners and modalities.

Take a break before the week really takes off and join us for a guided meditation led by Jennifer Wang, the co-founder of Nashville POC Sangha. Nashville POC Sangha is a meditation community for people of color. This will be held at Mindful Nashville. There is a request for a suggested donation from participants that is totally flexible. They'd really like to spread the word about Mindful Nashville, i.e. that they offer mindfulness-based therapy services on a sliding scale and with an emphasis on accessibility. Namaste.
