Details

Durham City's Transportation Department has been working on plans to make Roxboro and Mangum Streets two-way (and safer for pedestrians) from the Duke Park neighborhood through downtown. They will be revealing conceptual drawings for the project and asking for feedback at an open house. Construction would happen in 2027-28.
