Alejandro Balderas is a Full-Stack Data Scientist and entrepreneur who's been building AI solutions for 8+ years. Currently working as a technical co-founder on Colegia, a school operations platform for Latin America, he combines his engineering background with an MBA to bridge the gap between what's technically possible and what actually drives business value.

His projects range from AI systems used by Formula 1 teams to platforms that help businesses automate their workflows using computer vision and AI agents. Alejandro is passionate about cutting through the AI hype to focus on what actually works - he's developed his own AI development frameworks that help him ship production-ready solutions fast.

Based in Mexico and building in public, Alejandro shares his journey as a solo founder navigating the AI landscape.
